The death has occurred of Siobhan Greene, Corraneden, Virginia, County Cavan, and formerly Belturbet, County Cavan, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, the 26th October 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her father Seamus, and her father-in-law, Joe Darcy.

Much-loved wife of Gary Darcy, and adored and cherished mother of Fiachra. Sadly missed by her loving husband, her son, her mother Joan, her brothers Declan and Donal, Aunt Anne, Uncle Bernard,nieces, nephews, mother in law May, brother in law, sister-in-law, extended family and friends,

Siobhan will repose at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia (A82YV58) on Tuesday from 5 o'clock until prayers at 8 o'clock.

Removal to St.Ultan's Church, Killinkere, via her home in Corraneden, arriving for 11 o'clock funeral mass on Wednesday, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
