Sheila Donohoe
(née Murphy)

Sheila Donohoe (nee Murphy), Lacken Road, Old Leighlin, County Carlow, formerly
of Main Street, Gowran, County Kilkenny, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday
20 th April 2025 in the care of Saint Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Predeceased by her
husband Paddy (Patrick). Much loved mother of Therese, John, Frances, Kieran,
Patrick, Morgan and Lena. Sheila is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her
children, daughter-in-law Pilar, grandchildren Sheila, Vicente, Eilis, Kilian and
Tadhg, sisters Mary Lorna, Bridget and Carmel and brothers Michael and Francis,
brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Bridget, and her brothers Martin and Patsy (Patrick).

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing in Joyce’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Borris, County Carlow R95 DV76
on Wednesday 23 rd April 2025 from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm with Rosary and Vigil
Prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on arrival at 11.00 am on Thursday morning at
Church of the Assumption, Gowran, County Kilkenny with burial afterwards in the
adjoining cemetery.
