15th April 2025 (peacefully) at home.
Predeceased by his brothers Brendan and Frank, sister Pat Seery.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family.
Devoted wife Ann, son Damian, daughters Kate and Sarah, daughter-in-law Angela, sons-in-law Alan Makin and Damian Sharkey.
Adored grandchildren Grace, Lucy, Sam, Alex, Jack, Conor, Penny and Rory, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence Ard na Cuain, Dromod (N41 CX64) on Thursday 17th April from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock.
Shay’s Cremation service will take place in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin on Friday 18th at 4 o’clock.
