Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Tír na nÓg Unit, St. John’s Community Hospital, Sligo.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Denis and her brothers Tommy, Mickey and Bazie.

Loving mother of Benny (Phil), Tina (Sean), Paula, Marie Finnegan (Paul) and Peter (Aisling).

She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, her adored grandchildren Laura, Sarah, Elaine, Shannon, Stephanie, Patricia, Josephine, Tadhg, Ryan, Vanessa, Aaron, Calon and Rowan, great grandchildren Fionn, Carter, Keagan, Evie, April, Jesse, Aidan, Caragh, Harley and Calvin, brothers Christy (Dixie) and Martin (Aquinas) Currid, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Sunday 20th July from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Monday 21st July at 1:30pm for Requiem mass with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
