Robert F. (Barry) O'Mahony

Robert F. (Barry) O’ Mahony, Rock Road, Blackrock, Co. Louth and formerly of Shrewsbury Gardens, Belfast. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care of the staff of the Louth County Hospital and St. Lukes Hospital, Rathgar, on Wednesday 20th August 2025. Barry much loved husband of Anne née Dempsey, dear father of Fiona, Conor, Patricia and Anne Marie, loving Papa of Ciara, Orla, Kathryn, Andrew, Mark, Anna and Sarah and great-grandad of Calum, James, Oisín, Conor and Éabha. Barry will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Paddy Ennis, Paschal Keenan, and Con MacNamee, daughter-in-law Amanda Wilgrave, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Barry will repose at his home A91 HP63 from 2pm until 8pm on Saturday. Removal on Sunday afternoon to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, arriving for Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown.

Parking is available at St Francis School during the wake.
