DOWNEY (née Murphy), Rita – 13th June 2025 - Formerly Cabra, Wexford and Kilnamanagh. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at Peamount Health Care. Pre - deceased by her son in law Brian.

Beloved wife of the late Eamonn and much loved mam to Eamonn, Eric and Linda. Rita will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her sons, daughter, grandchildren Marc, Jack, Amy, Dylan, Ellie, Jason and Luke, her sisters Maura and Kathleen, daughters in law Mary and Liene, brothers in law Joe, Brendan and Tony, sister in law Joan, nieces, nephews and extended family, relatives and friends.

May Rita Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her residence in Kilnamanagh on Tuesday, June 17th June between 6pm and 8pm. Removal to Newlands Cross Crematorium Chapel in time for Service on Wednesday morning June 18th at 09:00am, with Burial thereafter in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
