Rafal Rozmyslowicz, Tullamore, Offaly and Kilbeggan, Westmeath, passed peacefully on Sunday September the 14th 2025, aged 51yrs. Deeply regretted by his mother Marianna and father Konstanty, his sister Iwona, children Eryk and Julia also Eryk`s mother Agnieszka and her son Dawid, granddaughter, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Friday (19/09/2025) in O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour St., Tullamore (R35FC84) from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. Requiem Mass Saturday morning at 10:00am in the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, Cremation after Mass in the Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan Town (H12RF78).
