Sadly missed by his loving sons Adrian and Gracjan, extended family, relatives and friends.

Piotr's family would like to thank the staff of Cork University Hospital and the Mercy University Hospital for the loving care shown to him over the last number of years
A cremation service will take place at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy on Thursday May 1st at 12 noon
