Phil passed away at University Hospital Galway, on the 5th June, surrounded by her loving family.

Phil will be sadly missed by her husband Declan, children Máire, Tadhg and Gailbhe, sons-in-law Gerry and Louis, daughter-in-law Liz, adored grandchildren Caoimhe, Cara, Donagh and Liam, sisters Anne and Mary, brothers Mattie and John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home (V95 P79T) on Saturday (7th June) from 5 pm until 8 pm. Arriving at Ennis Cathedral on Sunday (8th June) for Funeral Mass at 3.30 pm. Private cremation to take place.
