Passed away peacefully, in the tender care of staff in Sligo General Hospital on Thursday, 11th September 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Maryann.

Peter was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his partner Caroline, daughter Fina, son Patrick and their mother Marian, son-in-law David Hearty, Patrick’s partner Trina, his dear grandchildren Maya, Alex and Éadaoin, brother Kevin, sisters Patricia Cathcart, Imelda Murphy and Loretta Stewart, brother-in-law Gregory, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives and friends.

Reposing at Shevlin's Funeral Home, Barrack Street [A91Y3CX] on Saturday from 2pm to 7pm.

Removal on Sunday Morning to Lakelands Crematorium for private cremation.

No flowers please donations if desired to The Irish Cancer society.
