Peter Cully

The death has occurred of Peter Cully, Southill, Delvin, Co. Westmeath on the 20th April 2025, peacefully after a short illness at St. James' Hospital, Dublin.

 

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Margaret. brother Vincent and sister-in-law Mary, sister Connie and brother-in-law Steve. and baby Josie.

 

Loving husband of Mary and devoted dad to Adelle, David, Julie, Paulette and Denise.

 

Peter will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, grandchildren Peter, Hazel, Thomas, Evan and Anna, Cillian and Finn, brother Richard and sister-in-law Nancy, sisters Nancy (Canada) and Cecilia, sons-in-law Derek and Jason, daughter-in-law Janet, Denise's partner John, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

 

May Peter's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at St. Camillus Nursing Centre Chapel, Killucan, Co. Westmeath (Eircode N91VF51) this Wednesday evening from 4pm followed by prayers at 6pm. Funeral Mass takes place on Thursday morning at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Delvin, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Peter's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Midlands Regional Hospitals Mullingar, and Tullamore and St. James' Hospital, Dublin for the care and attention given to Peter while in their care.
