Peggy McCann, née Conaty, 5 Sycamore Road, Rathnapish, Carlow and formerly of Oldcastle, Co. Meath, November 1st 2025 peacefully in the kind care of the Sacred Heart Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Gerry and much loved mother of Aleisha, Rhonda, Gerard, Orla, Hugh, Dolores and Aoife. Sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Beda, Kathleen, Betty, Maureen, Ann, Olive and Jean, brother Andrew, daughter-in-law Gertrude, sons-in-law, her adored 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her sisters May and Doreen and by her brother Tommy
May Peggy Rest in Peace.
Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow R93 H308 on Sunday (Nov. 2nd) from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Holy Family, Askea to arrive for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
