Patrycja passed away unexpectedly at her home, loving and much-loved wife of Sebastian, adoring mother of Maja and Lily.
To the inexpressible grief of her heartbroken husband, children, parents, sisters, family, work colleagues, kind neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Patrycja will repose at Ronayne's Funeral Home Fermoy. Visitation on Wednesday from 5.30.pm. until 7.00.pm.
Requiem Mass Friday at 1.00.pm. in St. Patrick's Church, Fermoy.
Funeral will take place in Poland.
