Patrick (Pat) Clarke, Green Road, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare. Formerly Ballyfermot, Dublin. Peacefully, 8th September 2025, in the wonderful care of St. Brigids Hospice, The Curragh, surrounded by his loving family. Pre deceased by his parents Leo and Dinah, brother John, sisters Bridie and Chrissy. Pat will be sadly missed by his loving partner Anne and their son Dylan, sons Allan and Nicky, daughter in law Aoife, grandchildren Edina, Kamron, Sean, James, Aria and Mason, great grandson Adam, brothers Barney and Micheal, sister Annie, brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town from 5pm on Wednesday (10th September) concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Thursday morning to arrive at The Carmelites Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St.Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town. Pat's funeral mass will be live streamed through the webstream link below.
