Patrick Casey

Patrick Casey, Libes, Ballinskelligs, Co Kerry, passed away, peacefully, on Friday, 10th of October 2025, following a short illness, bravely borne with great strength and humility, at University Hospital Kerry.

 

Predeceased by his parents Patrick (Sonny) and Bridie Casey, brother William (Consuelo) Casey, sisters Eileen (Con) O’Sullivan, Mary (John) Scannell, Joan (Jerry) Garthan, Kathleen (Tony) Cangas, nephew Bill Garthan, sisters-in-law Maria (Malachy) Mannion, Eileen (Owen) McCaul, brothers-in-law Timothy and John Taylor.

 

Deeply missed by his devoted wife Bernice, sons Billy and Joseph, daughters Tina, RoseAnne and Bernice, daughters-in-law Theresa and Allison. Grandad will be greatly missed by Sarah and Adam and also his sister Teresa (Frank RIP) McCaul. Forever remembered by all his nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Daly’s Funeral Home, Cahersiveen, (V23 NN59) on Monday, 13th of October from 5pm to 8pm. Requiem mass will take place on Tuesday, 14th of October at 11.30am in St. Michael The Archangel Church, Dun Geagan, Ballinskelligs with burial afterwards in Kinnard Cemetery.

 

Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry.
