Pat (Paddy) GAVIN
GAVIN, Pat (Paddy), late of Knocklyon and formerly of Ballinameen, Co. Roscommon, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on the 13th of July 2025, in the exceptional and compassionate care of all the staff at Kiltipper Woods. Beloved husband of Rita and loving father of Deirdre and Siobhán. Predeceased by his sister Noreen; he will be sadly missed by his wife, daughters, son-in-law Mark, grandchildren Edith and Nell, his sisters Teresa, Josephine, Mary and Kathleen, brothers-in-law Liam, Brendan, Kieran, Sean, Frank, Paraig, and Mike, sisters-in-law Mary, Ann, Brid, Pauline, Patsy, Clare and Jacinta, his nieces, nephews and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Pat will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 V046, on Wednesday (July 16th) from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving for 11am Mass on Thursday (July 17th) in St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon, D16 R799, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery, Edmondstown Road, (map below).
