Padraic Conneely, Maree, Oranmore, Galway. Formerly of Rahylin Glebe, Ballybane and Inis Oírr, Aran Islands, Galway

 

Padraic passed away peacefully on 27th April 2025, after a short illness, under the wonderful care of the nurses, doctors and staff of St. Anne’s ward and the Acute Medical Unit in UHG.

 

Much loved husband of the late Della (nee Tierney), cherished father of Brian & Rory and adored grandfather (Dadó) of Cathal & Caomhán

 

Padraic will be deeply missed by his loving family, including daughter-in-law Lauretta, Brian's partner Slavya, brother Ruairí, sisters Treasa, Noirín, Áine & Rita.

Remembering also his late parents, Seán & Julia, brothers Tomás, Seán, Stiofán & Michéal, sisters Máire & Bríd and nephew Michéal.

 

He is also fondly remembered by his sisters-in law, Patti, Áine & Máire, brothers-in-law Eamonn & Declan, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 

May he rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Maree Pastoral Centre on the grounds of St. Joseph's Church, Maree (H91K0Y9) this Tuesday the 29th April 2025 from 5.00 to 6.30pm.

Requiem Mass in St. Joseph's Church Maree on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery.
