Paddy died on July 13th 2025, peacefully in his 81st year at Portlaoise Regional Hospital. He was a native of Cloughal, Belmont, was late of E.S.B., Shannonbridge and was predeceased by his parents James and Annie, and brothers Kieran and Jimmy.

Paddy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Pauline, sister Mary Mulhare (Cloghan), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Grant Paddy Eternal Rest and Peace

Paddy will repose in Grennan's Funeral Home, Ferbane (R42 HW25) on Wednesday (July 16th) from 6pm to 7.30pm.

(Additional parking available in the adjoining Church grounds).

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (July 17th) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane at 11am, and maybe viewed on http://ferbaneparish.ie, and afterwards Paddy will be laid to rest in High Street Cemetery.
