Paddy Cafferky, Lisduff, Craughwell, Co. Galway and formerly of Aughadeffin, Kilkelly, Co. Mayo. 14th June 1944 - 27th July 2025.
Passed away peacefully in the care of Galway Hospice.
Predeceased by his wife Toni, his parents John & Ellen, sister Mary and brother Martin.
Sadly missed by his brother Johnnie (Aughadeffin), sisters Kitty Scarry (Moylough) and Evelyn Hatton (Cabinteely), brother & sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives, dear friends in both Ireland and India and his neighbours.
Paddy will be lovingly remembered always for his kind and gentle ways, his wit, and above all, the love he had for Toni, his family and his Amma family. Paddy was renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship and deep dedication to traditional Irish harp making and his cherished customers.
Reposing at Suaimhneas on the grounds of the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge (H91 HW58) this Wednesday evening the 30th July from 5.30pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass in the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge on Thursday 31st July at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Clarinbridge Cemetery. Mass will be broadcast on parish radio 106.2 FM and can be viewed on parish website http://www.clarinbridgeparish.ie.

Paddy’s family wish to thank all who cared for him in his last few weeks in particular the staff at Galway Hospice and UHG. Their kindness, compassion and care of Paddy will never be forgotten.
