Late of the Derries, Edenderry, Co. Offaly.

Nellie passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Mickey, her son Dermot, brothers Mickey and Joe (who died 22nd October), sisters Cassie (Cullen), Mary (Coleman), Bridget and Margaret (in infancy). She will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by her family: son Michael, daughter Orla, daughters-in-law Ann and Theresa, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Larry, sister Esther (Scully), brother-in-law Kevin, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May Nellie Rest in Peace

Nellie and her brother Joe (Rooney) will repose at Larkin's Funeral Home, Edenderry (R45 VK24) this Sunday from 4pm to 7pm with Rosary at 7pm. Their Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 12 noon in St. Mary's Church, Edenderry followed by burial in St. Mary's cemetery. The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Carers for their care and compassion in looking after Nellie over the past few months.
