Ned (Eamon) Kirwan

Ned (Eamon) Kirwan, Dunnamaggin, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Lemonstown, Kilmoganny, Co. Kilkenny.

 

Ned passed away peacefully, surrounded by his dear family in the loving care of staff at St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown, on Friday 18th July 2025.

 

Pre-deceased by his parents Jack and Kathleen.

 

Much loved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Shane, Siobhan, Karen, Anita, Margo and Bríd. Ned will be sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Stasia and Kitty, grandchildren Max, Sinead, Eddie, Aidan, Flynn, Luke, Eoghan, Eimear and Hollie, daughter-in-law Denise, sons-in-law Martin, Willie, Philly and Pádraig, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Ned Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at his residence in Dunnamaggin (Eircode R95 W535), on Sunday 20th July 2025 from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 8pm.

Funeral arriving to St. Eoghan’s Church, Kilmoganny, on Monday, 21st July for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Kilmoganny Cemetery.
