It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Jnr, who left us at the age of 48 years. Remains reposing at the family home from 6 o clock until 10 o clock this evening (Wednesday). And 2 o clock until 10 (Thursday). Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 10 o clock in St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Michael was a beloved son, brother, partner, uncle and friend whose humor and kindness touched everyone who knew him. He was Predeceased by his dear mother, Irene, whom he cherished deeply. He is survived by his father Michael, devoted partner Doreen, his brothers Stephen (Dearbhla) and Robert (Ashling), his sisters Tra (Stuart) and Veronica (Danny), and his nephews Faolán, Charlie, Joseph, Ultán, and Ordhan. His family will forever remember his generous spirit, his laughter, and the way he could light up a room with his presence.

Michael lived life with heart and purpose, always ready to lend a helping hand and share a laugh. Though he may be gone from our sight, his memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share the stories that made him so special.
