Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of all the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Lil and his sister Rose (McMahon). Beloved husband of Eithne (née Wright) and much loved father of Sonya, Emmet, Philip, Gavin, Kenneth, Michelle, Diarmuid, Yvonne, Michael, and Rachel. Adored Grandad of Chloe, Jack, Aaron, Kerrie, Shauna, Olivia, Lily, Harry, Alexander and baby Glenn. Michael will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Jimmy and Paul, daughters-in-law Katie, Marcia, Celia and Louise, brothers-in-law Vincent, Michael, and Jimmy, sisters-in-law Anna and Susan, nephew Stewart and niece Suzanne, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Michael will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Monday 28th April 2025 from 5.30 pm with prayers at 7.00 pm. Removal on Tuesday 29th April at 12.00 noon to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 12.30 p.m. Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Cobh
