Michael Moloney

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael (Mícheál) Moloney, Roxborough, Ballysheedy, Co. Limerick and formerly of Mungvoy, Broadford, Co. Clare.

Michael passed peacefully on October 22nd 2025, in University Hospital Limerick, after a prolonged period in the excellent care of the Good Counsel nursing home.

Predeceased by his brothers James and John Joseph. May they all rest in peace, together.

Michael will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nephews and nieces James, Eveleen, John, Oliver, Bríd, Majella and Caroline; their spouses Mary, Brian, Anna, Gillian, Lars and Michael; his sister-in-law Anne Marie Moloney; his grandnephews and grandnieces Mary Therese, Olivia, Jennifer, Ruadhán, Ailbhe, Sarah, Laoise and Robert.

Reposing in Cross's Funeral Home, Ballyneety (V94A7Y3) on Thursday, October 23rd, from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Funeral will arrive on Friday, October 24th, to St. Patrick's Church, Knockea for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by Burial afterwards in Mount St Lawrence (Extension) Cemetery.
