Mike passed away peacefully, after a short illness, at Cork University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on 15th September 2025.

Very deeply regretted by his parents Liam and Delia, beloved sister Margie, brother-in-law Brendan, adored nephews Ben, Josh and Danny and treasured niece Madelyn, extended family and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Thursday, 18th September from 5pm to 6:30pm. Funeral arriving at Christ the King Church, Caherdavin on Friday, 19th September for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium for 1pm Service.

Michael’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of ICU at Cork University Hospital and to the BRU Columbanus Organisation in Cork.
