Maurice McNamee

Maurice McNamee of Kilcoole and formerly Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh who passed away on Sunday 14th September 2025 unexpectedly but peacefully at his home. Now reunited with Anne (née Hunt) his beloved wife and best friend for fifty-four years and with his parents Francis and Elizabeth, sister Joan and brothers John Francis, Marcus, Charlie and Jimmy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his siblings Margaret, Marie, Bernie, Frances, Yvonne, Caroline and Dorothy along with his brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, godson Adrian and his wife Linda, extended family and friends.

Maurice will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home, Kilcoole from 6pm until 8pm on Friday. Removal on Saturday morning to St Anthony's Church, Kilcoole arriving for funeral Mass at 11am after which Maurice will be laid to rest with Anne in Kilquade New Cemetery.
