The death has occurred of
Maurice Leahy
Maurice Leahy (retired Garda Sergeant) Glack, Park Road, Longford Town and formerly of Derryvrin, Lixnaw, County Kerry, peacefully 14th July 2025, in his 96th year, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Our Lady’s Manor, Edgeworthstown, beloved husband of the late Pearl (nee Mahon).
Maurice deeply regretted by his loving sons Michael, Tom, Maurice Jnr. and David, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Daire, Michael, Robert, Caroline, Maurice and David, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road [N39 EC81], Longford on Wednesday 16th July from 5.00pm concluding with prayers at 7.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday 17th July at 11.00am in St. Mel’s Cathedral, interment afterwards in Ballymacormack cemetery.
