Maurice passed away on 8th April 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving sons Craig, Lee and Colin, and his brother Pat, at the Oak Ward in University Hospital, Waterford. Predeceased by his brothers Thomas and John. Maurice will be deeply missed by his sons Craig, Lee and Colin, their mother Joan, his brother Pat, his daughter-in-law Ashleigh, Lee’s partner Shauna, his beloved granddaughter Amelia, his sisters-in-law Phil and Ann, his nieces Karen, Gillian and Yvonne, his nephew Richard, as well as his extended family, relatives, and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Friday (11th April) from 5pm to 7pm pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 10.30am in St. John's Church. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.
