Matthew (Matt) Farrell

Farrell, Tully West, Ballygar, Co. Galway, April 26th, 2025, Matthew (Matt), peacefully in the excellent care of the staff in Mountbellew Nursing Home. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, his baby daughter Fiona, brother Seamus and his sisters Eileen and Bridget. Dearly loved husband of Breda and much loved father of Brian, John and Paul. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Orla and Fiona, grandchildren Caitlin, Blánaid and Isabel, brothers Fr. Bernie, Fr. Padraic and Frank, sisters Madie, Nonie and Teresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends, R.I.P.

Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar on Monday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock with removal afterwards to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11.30 o’clock with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
