The death has occurred of

Mary McQuaide
(née McNamee)

South Circular Road, Dublin / Robertstown, Kildare

McQuaide, Mary (nee McNamee) Dublin 8 and Kildare. Peacefully on April 20th 2025 in the exceptional care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross. Predeceased by her son Liam, mother Sheila, father William, brother Peter, sons-in-law Andrew and John.

Mary, a loving caring wife and mother will be dearly missed by her husband Michael, children Maria, Mike, Jean, Gráinne and Dee. Grandchildren Emma, Chad Jnr, Dylan, Fionn, Daniel, Mathieu, Kirsten, Eliot, Chloe, Katrina, Eoghan, Molly and Jack.

Great grandchild Emily. Sons-in-law Chad, Chris and Shane, daughter-in-law Sabine. Brothers Liam, Simey and John, sisters Freda, Trish and Ber. Sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and a huge circle of close and very special friends.

Donations in lieu to,

Our Lady’s Hospice,

Harolds Cross.

 

Mary will repose at her home on Thursday 24th April from 5pm – 7pm. Removal to St Teresa’s Church, Donore Avenue at 6pm on Friday 25th April. Requiem mass at 11am on Saturday 26th April and burial afterwards to Allen Cemetery, Co. Kildare.

It was Mary’s wish that those who attend her funeral wear bright colour clothing.

May Mary rest in peace.
