It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of

Mary Lucas (née James)

on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.

Mary is pre-deceased by her husband Sam.

Mary will be greatly missed by her heart-broken family; her sons, James and Paul, daughter Miriam, daughters-in-law, Miriam and Wendy, son-in-law Malcolm, her grandchildren; Amy, Emma , Ryan, Colin, Daniel and Kaitlyn, her brothers , David, Jess, Tom, her sister Sally, her sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

She will also be dearly missed by her extended family, caring neighbours, a wide circle of treasured friends, and all those lucky enough to have known her.

'Forever at rest with Sam now'

Reposing at her home on Wednesday (30th April) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal to St Maelruains Church of Ireland, Main Street, Tallaght, on Thursday (1st May) arriving for 11am Funeral Service, followed by burial in St Maelruains Cemetery.
