Passed away peacefully on 29th May 2025 in Fall River, Massachusetts, USA.

 

Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Hughes) Callahan. Much-loved father of Joseph, Michael, David and Gerald, and cherished father-in-law of Siomara, Emilia and Lilly. Adored grandfather of Sabrina, Sean Patrick, Joseph Jr., and Brenden.

 

Malcolm will be deeply missed by his loving family, his sister-in-law Lucy Morgan (Wicklow), his brother-in-law Jack Hughes (Ireland), extended relatives and friends in Ireland, the U.S. and beyond.

 

Predeceased by his parents Malcolm Callahan and Catherine Kochis, and by his brother Thomas Callahan (Bridgeport, Connecticut).

 

Funeral Mass will take place at 11am this Friday 12th September in St. Patrick’s Church, Barranisky, Avoca, Co. Wicklow. Malcolm will be laid to rest beside his beloved Margaret in the adjoining Cemetery.
