Kevin Barry

Kevin Barry (Middleknock, Dublin Road, Kilkenny City) peacefully at his residence after a long illness bravely fought, surrounded by his loving and caring family on Sunday 26th October 2025. Predeceased by his wife Eileen, mother Eileen and brothers Michael and Johnny. Kevin will be sadly missed by his devoted family, partner Suchada Vipakool, sons Michael, Kevin and daughter Linda. Deeply regretted by his daughters-in-law Mary and Susan, sister May (McEnroe) granddaughter Ellen and grandsons Sean, Oisín and Fionn.

MAY KEVIN REST IN PEACE

Kevin will repose at Shasby’s Funeral Home Kilkenny City on Wednesday 29th October 2025 from 5pm to 7pm with funeral prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (30th) at 10.30am in St. John’s Church followed by burial in St Kieran’s Cemetery.

The Funeral Cortége will walk from Kevin’s residence on Thursday morning at 9.45am to St. John’s Church for Requiem Mass.

Kevin’s family would like to extend their sincere thanks to GP Dr. Richard Carroll, Lakeside Family Practice and The Carlow Kilkenny Homecare Team for their help and support given to Kevin and his family during his illness.
