The death has occurred of
Kathleen Tonra
(née McGarry)
Kathleen Tonra (nee McGarry), Pulladoey, Aughnacliffe,Co.Longford and formerly of Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, peacefully on 11th October 2025, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the Padre Pio Unit at St.Joseph’s Care Centre.
Pre-deceased by her parents,Francis and Katie, sisters Josie and Phyl and by her brother Paddy.
Kathleen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, her husband Kieran, daughter Blá, sons Conor, Gavin and Justin, sister Rose, brother Emmet, daughters-in-law AnnMarie, Amanda and Julie, son-in-law Brian, grandchildren Jane, Diarmuid, Tadhg, Róisín, Kate, Laoise, Clara and Martha, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Tuesday 14th October from 6.00pm, concluding with prayers at 8.00pm . Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday 15th October at 12.00 noon in St.Colmcille’s Church , Aughnacliffe, followed by private cremation.
