Cabra West, Dublin / Roscommon

Mc Donald (née Ryan) Kathleen (Cabra West, Dublin and formerly of Roscommon) – (11th April 2025) passed away peacefully in her ninety-first year in the exceptional care of the staff of the Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Pre deceased by her daughter Anne and brothers Dave and Donal.
Kathleen will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her children. Adored mother of Marie, John, Elaine, Valerie and Lorraine. She will be very sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Rose, sons-in-law Pat, Liam, Paul, David and Paul, sisters-in-law Gloria and Miriam, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her lifelong friends. The family would like to take the opportunity to thank the Primary Care Team, Public Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist and Pioneer Home Care for their dedication and ongoing care of Kathleen.

Reposing at the family home on Tuesday 15th April between 2pm and 4pm. Removal on Tuesday 15th April to Church of the Most Precious Blood, Cabra West arriving for 5pm. Funeral will take place on Wednesday 16th April after 10.15am Mass, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Book at the bottom of the page. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Vincent de Paul.
