Kathleen Ballantyne
(née Morgan)

Kathleen ​​​​​Ballantyne (née Morgan), Cross, Keash, Ballymote, Co. Sligo and formerly of Tallanstown, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully after a long illness on 28th May 2025, in the loving care of the staff at Galway Clinic.

Predecessed by parents Nicholas and Mary, brothers Brendan, Kevin, Paddy, Jackie and Tom, sisters Ita, Angela and Imelda and brother in law Lorcan.

Beloved wife of Tom and much loved Mother of Martin, Kieran, Padraic, Marie and Nicola, Mother in law of Maria, Helena, Natasha, Fred and Brian and best Nanna in the world to Áine, Ethan, Aoife, Amélie, Isobelle, Conall, Finn and great granddaughter Harper.

Kathleen will be sadly missed by her sister Anne (Sr. Ursula) and brothers Dick and Terry, her sisters in law Kathleen, Martha and Breda, brothers in law Pat and John, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing in Perry's Funeral Home, Ballymote on Saturday 31st May from 5pm to 8pm. Removal from her home on Sunday 1st June arriving at St Kevin's Church, Keash (F56 NY06) for Mass of the Resurrection at 2pm, followed by burial afterwards in Knockbrack Cemetery .

House private on Sunday morning to family and close friends only please.
