The death has occurred of Josephine Gilcreest (nee Smith), Enfield, London, U.K. and late of St Phelim's Place, Cavan Town. Josephine died peacefully in hospital in London on July 1st 2025.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Kevin, her parents Joseph and Margaret, her recently deceased brother Sean and her sisters Mary, Margaret and Cora.
Deeply regretted by her sons Oliver (Ayten) and Hugo (Sarah), her adored grandchildren Ayden, Brendan, Finlay and Olivia, her brother Terry Smith (Keadue Lane, Cavan), sisters in law, nieces, nephews, all her extended family and many friends in London and Cavan. May she rest in peace.
Funeral Mass on Monday July 28th in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan at 11.30 am and this will be followed by a burial in Cullies Cemetery with her beloved husband kevin. Josephine's Funeral Mass can be viewed live on the parish webcam at www.cavntownparish.com/webcam
