Joseph (Joe) Delaney, Dungar, Roscrea, Co.Offaly & formerly of Roscomroe, Roscrea, Co. Offaly.

Joe, passed away peacefully at Birr Community Nursing Unit, surrounded by his loving family & dedicated staff members on Thursday 24th of July, 2025, after a long illness.

Predeceased by his parents Martin & Margaret Delaney.

Joe will be sadly missed by his wife Marie, his sons Martin, Peter and Kieran, his daughters-in-law Eileen, Vicky and Áine, his adored grandchildren Jack, Shannon, Andrew, Harry, James, Siún, Tadhg and Katie, his sister Anne O’Leary (Killarney, Co. Kerry), his brother Martin/ Ailbe Delaney (Swords, Co Dublin).

Reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Roscrea (E53 RX08) on Saturday 26th July, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal afterwards to arrive at St. Molua's Church, Roscomroe for 8.45pm.

Requiem mass on Sunday at 2pm followed by burial in Dungar Cemetery.
