Johnie Henson

Johnie Henson; Ballydrown, Moate, Co. Westmeath. July 16th, 2025. Peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff of St. Vincent’s Nursing Home Athlone, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Elizabeth, sister Mary, brothers Bill and Kieran.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife Margaret, daughters Geraldine and Eilish, sons Ciarán and Anthony, son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Lorraine and Natasha, grandchildren Cara, Niamh, Simone, Liam, Charlie and Sophia, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Johnie Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home on Thursday (17th) from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday (18th) to St. Ciarán’s Church, Castledaly for Requiem Mass at 3:00pm. Burial afterwards in Kilcleagh Cemetery, Castledaly.
