in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Sonas Nursing Home, Athlone.

Bloomfield Drive, Athlone, Co. Westmeath

& formerly of Hudson Bay, Athlone, Co. Roscommon

Predeceased by his beloved parents John and Margaret Tiernan. Sadly missed by his loving wife Teresa, daughters Fiona (Rushe) and Deirdre, sons John and Gerard, brother Michael, son-in-law Gordon, daughter-in-law Gráinne, Deirdre's partner Tony, grandchildren Gemma, Conor, Danny, Jack, Oisín, Mikey, Éala and Seán Óg, in-laws, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone (N37 WY17) on Monday evening (21st. April) from 5pm until 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday (22nd. April) at 1pm in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan (N37 XY95) followed by burial in Kiltoom Cemetery.
