JOHN PALMER

John passed away peacefully, in the presence of his loving family, on Sunday (September 14th) - at University Hospital Kerry.

Predeceased by his parents John and Julianne and his brother Michael.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his sister Mary (Callanan), brother-in-law Pat, nephews John (Bernie), Conor (Mary), grandnieces Emily and Isabelle, grandnephews Michael, Ciarán and Páidí, cousins and extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Finnegan’s Funeral Home Kenmare on Thursday (September 18th) from 6pm - with Rosary at 8pm.

Arrival at Holy Cross Church, Kenmare at 10am on Friday (September 19th) for Requiem Mass at 10.30am

which will be livestreamed on https://kenmareparish.ie/ (MASS LIVE STREAM) - followed by burial in Old Kenmare Cemetery.

John’s family wish to thank: Staff at Carrig Ward, University Hospital Kerry, Neidín Family Practice, Public Health Nurses, Speech Therapist, HSE Home helps, Private Carers, Kenmare Community Nursing Unit, Rockmount Care Centre and kind neighbours and friends – all of whom, in many different ways, comforted and helped John, over the course of his long illness.
