Late of Department of Agriculture
John was cared for in his home by his family and spent his final days in St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, where he passed peacefully, surrounded by loving family. Predeceased by his parents Stephen Snr. and Marcella.
Beloved husband, father and adored grandfather.
John will be very sadly missed by his wife Lorraine, daughter Josie and son John. Son-in-law Paul Maguire and daughter-in-law-to-be Sinéad Whooley. Granddaughters Olivia and Georgia, brothers and sisters Geraldine Halton (Cavan), Margaret and Mary, Stephen, Al and Pat (USA), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and good neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock D17 FK58 on Tuesday afternoon April 15th from 3pm to 5pm.
Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of The Nativity of Our Lord, Montrose Park, Beaumont D05X8F8 arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
