John McEvoy of 27 Ashgrove, Tullow Rd., Carlow and formerly of Ballyfermot, Dublin and Liverpool, England, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on May 14th 2025, in the tender care of The District Hospital, Carlow.
Predeceased by his daughter Dolores and son-in-law Padraig.
Beloved husband of Teresa, much loved father of Julie, Colette, Antoinette, Jacqueline, Elaine and Joanne and treasured grandfather of Nicola, Sean, Josh, Heather, Robert, Alison, Katie, Iain, Ross, Emma and Eoin and cherished great-grandad of Sam, Zach, Lily, Amelie and Alex.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Wally, Brian, Mark, Eddie, Neill and James, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq (Eircode R93 C863) on Sunday (May 18th) from 4pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in The Holy Family Church, Askea, followed by Cremation Service in Carpenter Bros Cremation Chapel, Shamrock Sq, Carlow.
