Jack passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 26th, 2025 aged 89 years.

 

Predeceased by his loving wife Delia (Fitzgibbon), brothers Moss and Paddy and sister Noreen O'Connor.

 

Jack will be forever loved by his adored daughter Ann-Marie Horgan (Granagh) and son John James, son-on-law Pat, daughter-in-law Breda, sister-in-law May Mortell, brother-in-law Billy Fitzgibbon.

 

Cherished and sadly missed by his grandchildren Eoin, Tom, Kate, Grace, Connell, Lucy and Killian, nephews, niece, relatives, friends and kind neighbours.

Reposing in Hawe - O'Keeffe's Funeral Home (P56 YY15), Bakers Road, Charleville, on Tuesday evening from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, followed by Prayers.

 

Reception into St. Mary's Church, Ballyhea on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Jack will be laid to rest in the adjoining Cemetery.
