John (Jack) Forde

Forde, John (Jack), late of Glenview Tallaght and formerly of Cabra West, 17th September 2025 in Tallaght University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband to Josephine and adored father of Alan and Sharon. Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Angela and brothers Laurence and Robert.

Jack will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Mia, Ava, Rachel, Sarah, Gerard and Christopher, great granddaughter Lilly, Alan’s partner Linda, Sharons partner David, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law especially Bernadette whose loving care will never be forgotten, nephews, nieces and extended family, friends and neighbours.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at home on Monday (September 22nd) from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral mass will take place on Tuesday (September 23rd) at 10:00am in St Aengus Church, Balrothery followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
