John Dunne

JOHN DUNNE, Derreenataggart, Castletownbere, Beara and Cork City, Co. Cork on November 2nd 2025 passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Marymount Hospice, Cork.

Beloved son of the late Michael & Margaret Dunne and brother in law of the late James O'Sullivan.

Sadly missed by his brothers Padraig & Michael, sisters Anne (O'Connell) & Mary (O'Sullivan), his uncle Paddy Harrington & Aunt Tessie O'Leary, brother in law Denis (O'Connell) & sister in law Ellen (Halliden), nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Harrington's Funeral Home, Castletownbere on Tuesday 4th November from 6pm to 8pm followed by removal to his home.

Requiem Mass will take place in The Church Of The Sacred Heart in Castletownbere at 11am on Wednesday (5th) followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Droum.

Family flowers only, Donations if desired to Marymount Hospice.
