Joan Duggan
(née McMahon)
Duggan, Joan (née McMahon) Caherkine and Knocknagun, Newmarket-On-Fergus, Co. Clare. On June 12th 2025, Joan passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff of the Ash Unit, St. Joseph's Hospital, Ennis, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Edmund (Ned), sister Mary (Burke) and brother John Joe.
Sadly missed by her daughter Mary, sons Patrick, Shane, Eamonn, Michael and Nicholas (Nicky), her brother Michael, daughters-in-law Claire, Bernadette, Mairead and Grace, grandchildren Katie, Mark, Niall, Chloe, Lucie, Lauren, Andrew, Patrick, John, Emma, Ava and Saoirse, great-grandson Theo, sister-in law Máire, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace
Joan will repose in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Newmarket-on-Fergus on Friday, 13th June, from 6pm to 8pm. Her funeral mass will take place on Saturday, 14th June, at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Lemenagh Cemetery.
