The death has occurred of
Joan CURRY
(née Courtney)
4th November 2025 peacefully at home in her 100th year, beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of Peter, Gerry, Carol, Jackie and Tina, mother-in-law of Caroline, Georgie, Aidan, Brian and Kyle , a much loved grandmother, great-grandmother and dear sister of the late Gerry.
Joan’s remains will be reposing in her home, Longfield, Eglinton, from 12 – 8 pm on Wednesday. Funeral service will take place in W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU, on Thursday at 2 o’clock. A private cremation will take place later.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to a charity of your choice.
I did it all just to see the children smile.
