and formerly of Ossory Park.
Joan passed away on 20th July 2025, peacefully in the wonderful care of the kind staff of St. Bridget's Ward at St. Columba's Hospital, Thomastown. Beloved wife of Martin and much loved mother of Martina. Joan will be sadly missed by her loving husband and daughter, sister Marian (Massey), sisters-in-law Madeline, Margaret and Eileen, brothers-in-law John and Dave, nephew and nieces, her life long friend Breda Holden, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Elizabeth, brothers Nicholas and Fiacra and sisters Eithne, Ber, Trish, Frances and Claire.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Tuesday (22nd July) from 5pm with Funeral Prayers at 6.15pm followed by removal to St. John's Church.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 10.30am.
Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.
House strictly private please.
