The death has occurred of
Janis MELGAILIS
Janis Melgailis of 20 Seskin Rd., Leighlinbridge, Carlow and formerly of Latvia, passed away peacefully, on July 15th, 2025 at Waterford University Hospital.
Beloved husband of Monika (owner of the Sewing Shop, Charlotte St., Carlow) and much loved father of Kaspars, Kristine and Sandra.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, mother Zenija, son-in-law Olegs and Andris, daughter-in-law Arita, brother Aivars, sister Maija, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Friday (July 18th) from 5pm concluding with Prayers at 7 pm that evening.
A Private cremation will then take place.
